How do I place an order?

Place all you items in your cart and checkout with your preferred payment method. Choose your desired delivery, local pickup or local delivery. After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Processing usually takes up to 24-48 hours M-F. Local pick up and delivery times vary.  After your order is processed you will receive an email with all the tracking information. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please reach out to us as quickly as possible as we cannot guarantee that we will reach your order before it ships. You can contact us on our website quick chat, on our email bellagreyboutique@yahoo.com com or any of our social media. Please provide your order number in order to better assist you.

What is your return policy?

We offer free US returns. Items must be returned within the 20 day window, we have the right to deny or charge a re-stocking fee on returns past the return window. To initiate a return email us at bellagreyboutique@yahoo.com and provide your order number and the item you'd like to return. You will be provided a return label. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet the criteria for full refund this includes noticeable wear, no tags, soiled, damaged, excessive amounts of hair or perfumes/scents. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What happens if my order shipped but the package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages after they've been marked as delivered. A tracking number is provided at the time of shipping, if you were not provided with a tracking number email us at bellagreyboutique@yahoo.com please provide your order number and email to receive your tracking number. Once a package is scanned and marked as delivered we are no longer responsible for it, we are however, happy to replace or refund any packages that have failed to be scanned and marked as delivered. Here are some ways you can track down your package - Confirm that your address is correct -Visit your local USPS/UPS office with your tacking number, they may ask you to file a claim -Check with your neighbors just in case there was a mix up 

Do you work with paid influencers or ambassadors? 

As of this time we are not working with influences and our ambassador program is currently full.
