How do I place an order?
Place all you items in your cart and checkout with your preferred payment method. Choose your desired delivery, local pickup or local delivery. After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Processing usually takes up to 24-48 hours M-F. Local pick up and delivery times vary. After your order is processed you will receive an email with all the tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please reach out to us as quickly as possible as we cannot guarantee that we will reach your order before it ships. You can contact us on our website quick chat, on our email firstname.lastname@example.org or any of our social media. Please provide your order number in order to better assist you.
What is your return policy?
We offer free US returns. Items must be returned within the 20 day window, we have the right to deny or charge a re-stocking fee on returns past the return window. To initiate a return email us at email@example.com and provide your order number and the item you'd like to return. You will be provided a return label. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet the criteria for full refund this includes noticeable wear, no tags, soiled, damaged, excessive amounts of hair or perfumes/scents. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
